A gentle lymphatic drainage massage is included to help reduce swelling and promote relaxation. Postpartum Care: We also offer postpartum massages to help you recover, promote healing, and support your overall well-being during the early stages of motherhood. We also recommend avoiding heavy meals before your appointment.
